Terms and Conditions

​Customer first is our service philosophy; just keep the following points in mind.

• The rental period begins when the dress is picked up or delivered and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns will result in additional fees, as outlined in the late return policy.

Rental Period

• Cancellations made before a specified period (e.g., 48 hours) may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided once the dress has been worn or used.

Cancellations & Refunds

Dress Care & Usage

• The renter is responsible for keeping the dress in good condition and avoiding damage, stains, or alterations. Minor wear and tear are expected, but significant damage or loss will result in additional charges, including the full retail price if necessary. The dress should not be washed, ironed, or altered in any way by the renter.

​• Dresses must be returned on or before the due date. Late returns will incur a daily fee, which will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately. If the dress is not returned within a specified period (e.g., 7 days), the renter may be charged the full retail value.
