How does Harp & Hanger work?

Harp & Hanger makes it easy to rent luxury dresses for any occasion. Simply browse our collection, select your favorite dress, and choose your rental period. We’ll take care of the rest—including professional cleaning—so you can enjoy high fashion without the hassle.

How long can I rent a dress for?

Our standard rental period is 3 days, but we also offer extended rentals for up to 7 days if you need more time. If you require a longer rental, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I try-on the dress before renting it?

Yes! We know how important fit is, so we offer in-person try-ons in your home. We will bring your chosen gown to you! If you’re unsure about sizing, you can also request a backup size with your order for added peace of mind.

How do I return my rental?

Returning is simple! We’ll save you the hassle and one of our team will pop over to pick it up. We’ll send you a text before we arrive.

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

We get it—accidents happen! All rentals include basic wear-and-tear insurance. However, significant damage or unremovable stains may result in an additional repair or replacement fee. This is covered in our insurance add-on, which can save you stress!

Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?

Nope! We take care of all professional cleaning so you can enjoy your event stress-free. Just return the dress, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! We love supporting our fellow Dublin girlies. If you’re a student, reach out to us for an exclusive discount code to make your rental even more affordable.

Can I purchase a dress instead of renting?

Our focus is on sustainable fashion, so at this moment in time we are solely focused on renting!!
